Refund and Returns Policy

In compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, The Consumer has the right to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods provided the goods are returned to Perfume Inspired at the consumers own expense.

The full refund will be for goods only and not postage costs, and will only be valid if the goods are unused and not tampered with.  The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.  Any returned items must be received within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

If an item is lost by royal mail , refund will be issued after the royal mail wait times for lost and damaged post 

If an item is damaged in transit, its the consumers role to take a picture of the inside and outside of the box and email sales@perfumeinspired.co.uk with the evidence royal mail requires. Refund will be made after the royal mail wait times for damaged items has expired.
